Course Duration

  • The online course requires a minimum of 1 hours to complete in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions or done in one session.
  • The assessment can be re-taken as many times as the learner requires at no extra cost. We must advise that the questions do change each time. This course is designed to teach as well as assess.
  • Learners will have access to this course for up to 12 months from the date of joining. There is no time limit to complete the course during this period.

Training progress and results are all stored centrally in your LMS (Learning Management System) and can be accessed anytime. From there, you can print certificates; check pass marks and use the system as proof of a commitment to ongoing legal compliance. 

Each Candidate will receive a Certificate of completion which is valid for 1 year.
